Top 5 Dining and Restaurants Apps on Android in Ireland, Q3 2021

The third quarter of 2021 saw interesting trends for the top dining and restaurant apps on the Android platform in Ireland. Data from Sensor Tower provides a closer look at the performance of McDonald's, Domino's Pizza Delivery, Wetherspoon, RHK Bars, and KFC UKI – Order and Delivery.

McDonald's saw a notable increase in weekly downloads, peaking at 4.7K in mid-August, before stabilizing around 3.4K towards the end of September. Weekly active users also showed a positive trend, starting at approximately 20K and growing steadily to around 26.3K by the end of the quarter.

Domino's Pizza Delivery experienced a gradual decline in weekly downloads, starting at 1.3K in late June and decreasing to 832 by the end of September. Weekly active users displayed a slight downward trend, from 7.7K to about 7K throughout the quarter.

Wetherspoon had relatively stable weekly downloads, fluctuating around 1K. The app’s weekly active users, however, showed a gradual increase, starting at 2.5K and reaching approximately 2.9K by the end of Q3.

RHK Bars saw a significant decrease in weekly downloads, beginning at 1.5K in early July and dropping to 324 by the end of September. The data for weekly active users was not available.

KFC UKI – Order and Delivery exhibited a slight increase in weekly downloads, peaking at 1.1K in early August and stabilizing around 756 by the end of the quarter. Weekly active users showed a steady rise from 2.4K to about 3.3K over the same period.
